This Clarification Text has been prepared in order to explain which of your personal data is processed and for what purposes.   • In order to provide information to prosecutors' offices, courts and relevant public officials on matters of public safety and legal disputes, upon request and in accordance with the legislation.

Information about third parties or organizations to which your personal data can be transferred

We can transfer your personal data to third parties in the country and abroad in order to fulfill the service we provide to you in the best way possible. In this respect, your personal data that you share with our company for the above-mentioned purposes can be shared with;

Your personal data obtained before the entry into force of the KVKK

Your personal data, which were obtained in accordance with the law in terms of membership, electronic message permission, product / service purchase and other forms before the effective date of KVKK, 7 April 2016, are also processed and stored in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Transfer of your personal data abroad

Provided that your personal data collected by the above-mentioned methods to be processed in Turkey or processed and stored outside of Turkey remains within the scope of KVKK, by taking adequate precautions and in accordance with the contractual purposes, abroad (accredited by the Personal Data Board and where there is sufficient protection for the protection of personal data or It can be transferred to service intermediaries (in countries with Board permission) who undertake in writing to provide adequate protection.

Storage and protection of personal data

Your personal data will be kept confidential in the database and systems of our company in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; Except for legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document, it will not be shared with third parties in any way. Our company is obliged to prevent the illegal processing of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent the access of unauthorized persons, to take software and physical security measures such as access management. In the event that it is learned that personal data has been obtained illegally by others, the situation will be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the legal regulation and in writing.

Keeping personal data up-to-date and accurate

Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, our company has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for our Company to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, our Customers are required to share accurate and up-to-date data or update it via the website / mobile application.

Rights of personal data owner in accordance with KVKK No. 6698

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, the Personal Data Owner has the right regarding themselves to request from our Company (data controller) the following,

  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • Information on personal data if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Requesting the notification of the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, in case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
