Shipping within Turkey
HepsiJet shipping is free for orders of TRY 1,250 or more within Turkey. The available delivery options and final shipping charge for your address and order are shown at checkout. This threshold does not apply to international shipments.
Returns and exchanges
You can return a product purchased from Lindodogs.com within 14 days of the invoice date, together with its invoice, using our contracted carrier.
Products with damaged original packaging, products that have been used, or products that cannot be resold to another customer are not accepted for return. Please include the original invoice and all copies with the product. Returns without an invoice are not accepted.
To use the free return service, contact us to arrange a scheduled HepsiJet collection from your address. If you use another carrier, you are responsible for the shipping charge. Parcels sent with shipping payable by us on delivery will not be accepted.
